I like beautiful things. Our residence is a dream, the location is beautiful, that's why I like to work there. I like to practice sports: sailing, boat trips, kayaks, jet skis. I take pleasure in the maintenance of the residence and the park.

Property info

The residence is located directly on the sea with two beaches, one of which is private and equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs, kayaks, sup and trampoline. The property is surrounded by a large Mediterranean park full of plants of various species and has a private internal parking. In addition, the residence is energetically autonomous with a photovoltaic shelter that also acts as a cover for the parking lot. Ozone sterilization is carried out before the apartment is handed over. Pets are welcome. They can access all areas of the structure and the equipped beach and swim on the free beach. Bowls and mats available. May incur an additional charge.

Neighborhood info

The residence is located in the Gulf of Procchio, considered one of the most fascinating places on Elba. The sea has such incredible shades that it looks like a natural swimming pool. Snorkeling and underwater fishing are possible, as well as kayaking and windsurfing. Directly from the residence you can leave for countless trekking and mountain-bike routes. The property is located one kilometer from the characteristic village of Marciana Marina. You can reach the village in 2 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. The bus stop is 100 meters from the entrance.
