Inaugurated in '98, Residence Le Vele was born from a family of hoteliers, who, given the new tourist trends, decided to design a new structure that meets everyone's needs through different types of apartments. The characteristics that make our Residence unique are family management and an original swimming pool in which to put away the problems of everyday life, letting yourself be carried away by the regenerating coolness of the water. We also have numerous services included in the price such as a sauna (free in the morning), hydromassage (free in the morning), table tennis and a large solarium terrace on the top floor with games for the little ones. It is also possible to have breakfast and rotisserie service. Dishes for the following day can be ordered before 8pm and will be delivered to reception at 12.30pm and 7.30pm.

Residence Le Vele is located on Via Dante, the busiest avenue in Cattolica summers. To reach the center of Cattolica, just walk along Via Dante and after a 10-minute walk you will find yourself in Piazza Primo Maggio, where there are often concerts, events and the famous dancing fountains. The residence is also located a stone's throw from the sea (300 meters) and a 10-minute walk from the Cattolica aquarium. The aquarium is an excellent solution when it rains or when the beach is too hot. Eating in Cattolica couldn't be easier. In the area where the Residence is located there is no shortage of restaurants (both cheap and not) and if you just want a snack it will be easy to find a quick bite-and-run piadineria and let's not forget the aperitifs with a sea view that the bars on the beach can offer us. Some beaches in Cattolica offer an entertainment service for children during the day and group dancing, music and lots of fun in the evening. To spend unforgettable nights remember to stop by Bikini Disco Dinner an open-air venue on the beach (10 minutes walk from the Residence) where you can have fun until dawn, admission is free (except for events). If you come to Cattolica for the Grand Prix you can hear the noise of the motorbikes up to the Residence, the Misano racetrack is easily reachable, it is 5 km away and thanks to public transport you will not have to go crazy with traffic. The area where the Residence is located is not very noisy and is quite safe since it is frequented mostly by tourists.
