The Rosa Virginia, Gallipoli's most renowned residence, is a modern and elegant beachfront property, just meters from sandy beaches (both equipped and unequipped) and the center of Gallipoli. The residence offers a variety of shops and services: a paid swimming pool (Freedom in Tour declines all responsibility for pool opening and closing times), bars, restaurants, pizzerias, a hairdresser, a beauty salon, a fishmonger, and a laundromat. A supermarket, bike/scooter rentals, a newsstand, a tobacconist, beaches, and bars are all within walking distance. All the residence's accommodations are new, well-furnished, equipped with every comfort, and air-conditioned.

The neighborhood is quiet yet vibrant, bustling with life, and strategically located: far from the chaos of Baia Verde and the city center, yet just a few minutes' walk from them. It's therefore suitable for everyone, from young people seeking fun in a more elegant and peaceful setting to families seeking relaxation. Located on the seafront and just steps from the nearest sandy beaches, the surrounding areas offer plenty of free and paid parking, all within walking distance, so you won't have to rely on public transportation. The residence reflects the Italian dolce vita, thanks in part to the many locals who live and work there.
