We like to offer our clients authentic experiences. Our motto is "live like a local". We will give you all the assistance you wish in order to get the best out of your holiday. It is a family run property with all the amenities you may desidere for a perfect holiday or even just a weekend.

Property info

Located in the wonderful greneery of Mattinata, in the heart of the Gargano National Park, we are at a few steps from the seaside (300 m) and at only few meters from the famous trails of Gargano (i.e. Gargano Trekking Park). Our property features a wide swimming pool with two dephts with an exclusive solarium where you can also find comfortable sun beds and umbrellas. All our apartments are recently built, provided with every comfort like wi-fi, air conditioning, equipped kitchen corner and are decorated in a mediterranean style. Outside they feature verandas with direct access to garden or balcony and terraces, some of them with sea view. There is also a garden with sitting area where you can relax while drinking drinks. It is our commitment to welcome guests by providing them with all the information and useful brochures they may need for a better knowledge of our territory.

Neighborhood info

We are close to the beach (300 m) and really nice restaurants, bars and wine bars. At only 1,5 km from the city of Mattinata which you may reach either by car (3'), on foot (20') or by using our free bike rental service (10') or by taking the city bus (5'). At only 300 m there's the panoramic path that stretches out to the the necropolis of Monte Saraceno (IX-VI b.c.), at 1,5 km the ancient villa Romana of Agnuli. At the same distance there's a small Harbour for unforgettable excursions that you may book directly at our desk. We are close to other very beautiful and internationally famous beaches such as the exclusive Beach of Baia delle Zagare or the amazing Beach of Vignanotica, just to list a few. Our Resort is also close to 2 sites which are part of WORLD HERITAGE SITES: Monte Sant'Angelo and the Foresta Umbra which are worth visiting as well. The Spur of Gargano is full of fascinating nuances. The beauty of the sea with shining white cliffs and the spectacular sea caves, a vast hinterland characterized both by important historical cultural centers and by nature trails to be discoverd either on foot or by bike. Another excellence is represented by the food and wine.
