I will be pleased to welcome you to Residenza Fabroni. My knowledge and experience will be at your complete disposal to help you make your holiday unforgettable.

Property info

Residenza Fabroni is on the last floor of Palazzo Venturi of the seventeeth century, in Street Gracciano nel Corso. The house is just like it was many years ago when the Fabronis lived here. All the furniture is original and this is what it makes the house charming and unique. It consists of 3 charming suites with an ensuite bathroom. Guests will share the common spaces of the house: the living room, the dining room, and the breathtaking rooftop terrace. In a few steps you will reach the best restaurants to taste our typical dishes, fascinating cellars to enjoy our excellent Vino Nobile, typical, characteristic shops and the main tourist attractions. You can forget about your car when you are in town, relax and lose yourself in the enchanting lanes of this beautiful village. The house doesn't have a desk service but I'll always be at your disposal if you need suggestion or information during your stay. This is a house, make yourself feel at home!
