This elegant, newly built residence is located in Santa Domenica di Ricadi, in a peaceful yet strategic position for exploring the wonders of the Coast of the Gods. Surrounded by greenery and just a few minutes’ walk from the sea, the complex consists of two modern, minimalist buildings that house 10 independent apartments — bright, tastefully furnished, and equipped with every comfort: fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and spacious outdoor areas. PLEASE NOTE: we’d like to point out that in the Superior Apartment with Balcony, as shown in the photos, the single room is located on the upper attic floor and is not equipped with air conditioning. On particularly hot days, it may become quite warm. If you're a group of 5 and prefer not to use this room, just let us know — we’ll be happy to prepare the sofa bed in the living room instead. Guests have access to a beautiful private swimming pool, a bar next to the reception where they can enjoy coffee, cocktails, and aperitifs (not included), free on-site parking, a cleaning service every three days, and continuous front desk assistance. A convenient shuttle service is also available upon request for transfers to/from Lamezia Terme Airport or to the most beautiful beaches in the area. Just a few steps away, you’ll find a supermarket, traditional restaurants, and the Santa Domenica train station, offering direct and frequent connections to Tropea, Lamezia Terme Airport, and the main tourist destinations along the coast. The residence is therefore an ideal choice even for those traveling without a car.
