This lovely attic apartment is equipped with all comforts and is ideal as a base for an immersed and complete visit of all the artistic and cultural opportunities the city offers. The apartment consists of a living area with kitchen, sofa with TV corner, bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom. The main attractions of the city and its services are all within a few minutes' walk (8 minutes from Palazzo Ducale, 10 from Palazzo Te and the train station); in front of the building, there is the "Mazzini" 24/7 multi-storey car park, an ideal solution for leaving your car.

We are located in the historic center of Mantua, in the UNESCO perimeter of the historic city, and within the ancient city walls. The area is typically residential, characterized on one side by typical "Mantua" houses, independent houses on several floors (typical construction of the city center), and on the other side by ancient and sumptuous noble palaces. A short distance away are the main shopping and walking streets, dotted with shops, bars, restaurants and artisan businesses, which still give Mantua the ideal of a city on a human scale.
