The hotel is very nice, located very closed to restaurants and coffee bars, and to Piazza Sordello. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. There is parking at the hotel (paid) which is an advantage. The service was good and welcoming. I would stay there again.

Mantova was a big surprise- we came a few days early to catch the bike and barge tour, but Mantova was worth the visit on its own. The lakes and scenery are beautiful. The historic buildings are amazing, with churches and castles well worth a visit. The old town is very walkable and felt very safe. There are plenty of nice places to eat and drink, all so clean and lovely. Mantova is obviously very well cared for by the residents.

Loved the beauty and history of this city.

Loved the beauty and history of this city. I was not aware of all the specialty foods from Mantova- delicious! And the ecology of the lakes were well explained on the boat ride. Love the Este- Gonzaga- Sforza-Borgia connections! Praise for strong women!

An attractive city with numerous pleasant squares. The northern Italian evening aperitif with finger food is well in evidence. Several lakes immediately close by, but in November few boat trips available. Palazzo Te has amazing frescoes.

This is a traditional Italian hotel - it has a family feel and what it lacks in modern competitors it makes up for in traditional service - the staff are always only a momemt away, super attentive and really care about your experience - if authetic hospitality is what you want over gyms, spa's and roof top bars this is the place for you. Location to the centre of the old town is perfect as well - with it being two minutes way

The location on the main square was unbeatable. The buffet breakfast was fresh and good and served in a bright restaurant with open doors on to the square. The hotel had an old fashioned feel, but with decent facilities. We would recommend to friends and will stay again if we return to the beautiful city of Mantova.
