For this reason we present a new concept of apartments inspired by the American model of all-inclusive rent apartments, which means that our clients don’t have to worry about anything. We offer our clients apartments featuring all the comforts they would need, as well as a wellness area with a swimming pool and a private gym. RPV becomes ‘their’ place, where to live easily and where to relax and enjoy the stay in the city as well.

RESIDENZAPORTAVOLTA is in the very heart of Milan just a stone's throw from Brera, the artists' area with small boutiques and a glittering nightlife and it is located very close to Sempione Park and the Sforza Castle, two of the most important symbols of the city. It is also easy and quick to reach Corso Como within just a few minutes by walk: this is the coolest street known for the famous clubs and bars and the excellent restaurants. The Duomo, Piazza della Scala and San Babila square are all within 15 minutes by walk or by public transport. RPV is well connected with all the rest of the city as long as it is located just a few steps away from the underground station M2 – Stazione Garibaldi or from the underground railway link and there is a tram stop just in front of the building.
