Romantic Home - Como lake is located in Nesso in the province of Como on the first floor and consists of 1 Studio. Romantic Home - Como lake enjoys a strategic position with lake view. Romantic Home - Como lake is reserved for non-smokers, and is equipped with wifi, washing machine and heating. Kitchenette is equipped with plates, dishes and the main appliances: oven, dishwasher and fridge / freezer. The sleeping area consists of 1 double bed in the living area and can accommodate up to 2 people. The outdoor space consists of the terrace and enriched by an outdoor dining area. Romantic Home - Como lake also has: television. All guests are required to pay a tourist tax. According to Italian law, before check-in, each guest will be asked to provide a personal identity document. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form that is sent by email together with the booking confirmation. In this property, waste separation is mandatory. Recycling laws are strict in Italy. The amout shown by the portal inludes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contracts and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
