Located in the center of Bari, 100 meters from the seafront and 750 meters from the city's renowned beach, in the heart of the Bari nightlife, our bright and quiet apartment offers its guests an exclusive holiday. The apartment consists of two bedrooms , including a double room with flat screen TV, and one with a single bed, as well as a large equipped living room, kitchen, bathroom and a quiet covered garden area where you can spend relaxing moments enjoying an excellent coffee or drinking a glass of wine . The apartment is also equipped with free Wi-Fi, courtesy set, hairdryer, kettle, vertical iron and coffee machine with relative capsules as a welcome gift to our kind guests. Among the places of interest near our structure are the Petruzzelli Theater, the Margherita Theater and a little further away the Svevo Castle and the Basilica of San Nicola which can be reached on foot along the suggestive Lungo Mare of Bari. From our apartment, walking for few meters you can taste the typical focaccia from Bari from the Panificio Violante or enjoy an aperitif sitting at the tables of the Bar Viola or at the Riviera bar, historic bars in the city as well as having access to a variety of local nightlife venues in the immediate vicinity which are always buzzing throughout the year with customers of all ages. Nearby there are multiple super-markets, excellent pizzerias such as 'Angelo Botta' or l'Appetitosa, as well as local restaurants, where it is possible to eat excellent fresh fish, seasoned with the specialties of our culinary tradition.

The structure is located in the Madonnella district, a historic district of Bari built at the beginning of the twentieth century. The outlet on the sea and the narrow and colorful streets make it unique in its kind. In the area, however, there are examples of more elegant and Art Nouveau houses, of those that are easier to find in the noble part of Madonnella, that "Umbertino district" that overlooks the sea. The maritime area is the main attraction of the city, full of avant-garde venues that allow everyone to enjoy the city to the fullest.
