The apartment is located in Limpiddu, a small hamlet of Budoni, within a new and charming residence. The Mediterranean Sea Shell Pool House is a modern 60 sqm apartment overlooking the pool, ideal for up to 4 guests. It features a bedroom with a double bed and armchair, plus a sofa bed in the living room. The private kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine and all necessary comforts. The living area includes high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, air conditioning, smart TV, barbecue, and a parking space. Families will find a baby cot and high chair available. Outside, you will enjoy a covered veranda perfect for dining and relaxing after a day exploring the beautiful nearby beaches. The paved garden on two sides, with hedges for privacy, sun loungers, and a wonderful pool view, completes the property. The shared outdoor pool is open from April 1st to October 31st and offers refreshment during the warmer months. Just steps away, you’ll find a bar, mini market, and restaurant with pizzeria.
