San Martì is a peaceful retreat nestled in the mountains. The property consists of three newly built apartments, featuring a stunning panoramic terrace overlooking the Orobie Alps. Access is directly from street level through a private entrance; a staircase leads down to the lower floor, where the terrace opens out and the entrances to the three apartments are located. The first apartment, Cielo, is defined by shades of blue that reflect its name and create a relaxing, bright atmosphere. It is fully equipped and includes a complete kitchen, a spacious and airy living area, a double bedroom with smart TV and walk-in closet, and a large windowed bathroom with shower. The second apartment, Fiamma, takes its name from the warm brick-red tones that give the space an intimate and cozy feel. Spacious and well organized, it offers a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with smart TV and large wardrobe, and a windowed bathroom with shower. The third apartment, Selva, features an elegant and calming style inspired by sage green tones that recall nature. It includes a bright and welcoming living area, a complete kitchen, a double bedroom with smart TV and large wardrobe, and a windowed bathroom with both shower and bathtub, ideal for relaxing moments. I’m Dario, and thanks to my wife Diana—who was born and raised in Piazza Brembana—I fell in love with this village and everything that surrounds it. Together, we love to travel and explore the world. Yet Valle Brembana is our own little big world: it changes with every season, we never grow tired of discovering it alongside our dog Yuki, and it constantly rewards us with breathtaking landscapes and wonderful emotions. Sharing these beauties inspired us to create “San Martì.” We designed and developed these three apartments together to welcome our guests into a simple and homely environment. Our goal is to let people discover the beauty of Valle Brembana and the Orobie mountains, the authentic atmosphere of our village, and everything that makes this area so special.

The property is located in the San Martino district, from which it takes its name. Within a few steps you can reach the town center, where you will find all main services: restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacy, bank, laundry, Pro Loco, CAI, playground, etc.. Piazza Brembana is a welcoming and lively village, ideally located to explore the Brembana Valley. Outdoor enthusiasts will find activities in every season: in summer it's possible to enjoy walks through the woods, mountain hiking/trekking, kayaking on Lake Bernigolo, and cycling along the bike path leading to Bergamo, following the old railway line; in winter, ski resorts such as Foppolo, Carona, Valtorta, and Piazzatorre are easily accessible. E-bikes can be rented at the local Pro Loco. The strategic location also makes it easy to visit charming destinations such as San Pellegrino Terme, Cornello dei Tasso, Oneta (home of Harlequin), and Dossena, as well as the historic Priula and Mercatorum routes.
