Comfortable and cosy 100 sqm flat, located on the fourth and top floor WITHOUT lift of a 1960s building. With its private terrace, enjoy the view over the roofs of the city, the dome of the Cathedral of Santa Maria Annunciata and the Basilica Palladiana. Although it is located in the city centre, it is outside the ZTL, in a quiet neighbourhood with several shops and taverns nearby and the famous twice-weekly city market in the adjacent Piazza delle Erbe. PLEASE NOTE: For reservations for 2 guests, we ask you to confirm before arrival if you prefer to use both rooms. Otherwise, only one double bed will be prepared. OTHER INFORMATION: All sojourners' identity documents must be shown on arrival, as required by Italian law, for check-in registration to local authorities. In the case of self check-in, it is required to present the documents prior to arrival at the property. Check-in: 15:00 - 19:00 Check-out: until 10:00 Please note that in-person check-in times should always be arranged directly with the property, and a surcharge is payable as follows in the case of an in-person check-in after 19:00: from 19:00 to 21:00: 30eur Self check-in is not subject to a surcharge and is always available from 15:00 onwards.

Neighborhood info

The flat is located in the central area of Vicenza, in the historic centre but outside the restricted traffic zone. The district offers various shops and a twice-weekly market in the adjacent Piazza delle Erbe. A supermarket and several bars and clubs are nearby. Piazza dei Signori is 400 metres from the flat, while the Palazzo Chiericati civic museum and the Olympic Theatre are 650 metres away. The flat is a 2.5-km drive from Central Station.
