Casa Vacanza Li Menduli is located in San Teodoro, just a few minutes from La Cinta, Cala Brandinchi, and the town center. The property consists of two independent, twin one-bedroom apartments — Tavolara and Molara — each featuring a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a private bathroom, overlooking a 200 m² garden with a private pool shared between the two apartments (the pool is therefore not for the exclusive use of a single unit). Each unit has a wooden pergola for outdoor lunches and dinners, air conditioning, unlimited WiFi, and private on-site parking. The property is managed directly by the owners, who personally take care of guest hospitality. The residence is ideally located both for reaching the beach (950 meters) and the town center (500 meters). EXTRA COSTS: towels and linens available on request.
We are Gianni and family, owners of Casa Vacanza Li Menduli since May 2019. We manage the property directly and personally — no intermediaries, no agency. For us, every guest is a guest in our home: we respond quickly, we're always reachable during your stay, and we personally handle the cleaning and maintenance. In 2026, we completed a major renovation, transforming the property into two independent one-bedroom apartments with a private pool. We've been awarded Booking's Traveller Review Award for two consecutive years.
