I firmly believe that choosing to stay in a b&b is a choice of living an experience, having the opportunity to meet and exchange, being welcomed into someone's home is not a simple choice of accommodation dictated by location, price, beauty and / or characteristics of the structure or whatever but a conscious choice to go to someone's house, share part of their life, their spaces and their time. Choosing to open a b&b is a life choice, the desire to share, make new acquaintances. Those who choose to come to us cannot do it as if it were a hotel, expect hotel services and conditions, be able to arrive at any time, those who expect this are wrong to book a b&b.

Property info

Santagata bed & breakfast is a brand new structure built in 2020. We kindly ask our guests to let us know what time they will arrive, in case of delay we invite you to let us know as soon possibile. In any case, we ask you to respect the check-in time out, 8:00 pm. Unless agreed upon at the time of booking, we do not accept arrivals after 8:00 pm.

Santagata B&B is located in a residential neighborhood just a few minutes' walk from the historic center, and the lake can be reached in less than 20 minutes. Como Borghi Station, just a few hundred meters away, offers connections to Milan and Malpensa Airport. The neighborhood offers numerous services, including a post office, pharmacy, and self-service laundromats, as well as local shops like a bakery and grocery store. There are also bars and a pastry shop.
