The residence Ginepro can be reached in a few minutes’ drive from the ports of Olbia and Golfo Aranci and from Olbia Costa Smeralda airport and is located 200 meters from the beautiful Marinella beach, reachable via a pedestrian path surrounded by greenery. Inside there are well-kept green areas, a swimming pool with lifeguard and solarium for guests' use and parking assigned to each apartment. Each apartment is independent, equipped with an equipped kitchenette and an outdoor space (balcony, terrace or veranda) where you can enjoy the view of the sea (almost always present) or the surrounding gardens and enjoy moments of relaxation.
Sardegna Beach, a family-run tourist company, was born decades ago, when Anna, Giuseppe and Claudio, who came on holiday in Sardinia, fell in love with this island with ancient traditions and uncontaminated nature and with this gulf with its white beach, the clear sea turquoise and the frame of the granite mountains and the Mediterranean scrub. Moved by the desire to share this experience with you and supported by a team of precious collaborators, they have identified as their mission that of welcoming, offering comfortable and complete accommodation, services that can make everyone's holidays as carefree as possible and suggesting suitable experiences to every desire. Our holiday homes, ranging from studios to four-room apartments, are all functionally independent, equipped with private external spaces and large common green spaces. Our offices are open from Monday to Saturday and we will be happy to welcome you and assist you with all your needs.
The Gulf of Marinella is a suggestive bay in Gallura, which is divided into coves and beaches, framed by granite mountains and Mediterranean scrub. Among them is the Marinella beach, long and deep, with very white sand, crystal clear sea and sloping seabed, which can be reached from the structure in about 200 meters on foot and is divided into areas equipped with sunbed rental, catering, sports activities and free areas. Less than a kilometer away, the tourist port of Marana and the village of the same name offer various types of services and activities, such as diving, dinghy and jet ski rental, catering and food, ATMs and personal services. From the residence it is possible to go on short or long distance boat, walking or bike excursions, while the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda, nuragic and naturalistic archeological sites and centers of interest such as Olbia, Porto Rotondo and Golfo Aranci can be reached in a few minutes by car.
