Elegant apartment in a Liberty building with a large and silent terrace for dinners and aperitifs. Furnished in a marine style it offers a large living room with sofa bed and a mezzanine with 2 single beds, kitchen and bathroom. The house renovated in May 2019, is located in the center, 200 mt from the sea-side and the pine forest, 1 km from the train station. 450 mt from the bus terminal (excursions to Torre del Lago, Lucca, Forte dei Marmi, 5 Terre, Firenze, Pisa, Pisa airport...). Welcome! My house is a place where my friends always find a glass of wine ready for them and my son's friends find some fun game to play. I started doing the Host just for this: I love conversing with people other than me, exchanging stories and I want to make them feel at ease and welcome. I love traveling, seeing how many different ways you can live the same day. My slogan? HERE AND NOW. The name “Scricciolo” comes from a sweet and precious childhood memory. You will find elegance, comfort and proximity to the major attractions. You can use the entire apartment and the large terrace where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts or aperitifs. I hope you feel at home here, so we have taken care of our house down to the last detail, trying to provide it with every comfort and what we would like to find if we were guests
