Located in the center of Santa Flavia, Sea Sicily Home is just a few hundred meters from the nearest beaches. the apartment offers all the comforts to spend a pleasant holiday: TV, air conditioning, full kitchen, microwave, and much more. ideal for those who want to visit Palermo center (12km or 10 minutes by train) and surrounding Cefalù (40km or 30 minutes by train) the apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a large kitchen, living room with a very comfortable double sofa bed, large bedroom and spacious bathroom with shower, all completely renovated and finely furnished. It is only 300m from the train station. Cala Sant'Elia beach (1.2km), Mongerbino beach, Capo Zafferano, Arco Azzurro (1.2km), Porticello (800m) Capo Zafferano (1.5km) Bagheria (1.5km) strategic point for visiting the various cultural and seaside locations in Palermo ideal for those who want to experience a holiday in Sicily in all its facets NB: guests are informed that the municipal tourist tax of 3 euros per night per person will have to be paid on site As indicated by municipal regulations, guests are asked to pay the aforementioned tax directly to the host before checking out. possibility of organizing excursions and romantic dinners on the boat subject to availability Attention: Washing machine service available on-site for a fee.
