The apartment is located in Viale S. Margherita, 5min walking distance to the beach and 15min to the city center, parking slot is underground (attached pics with the direction). There is access to the rooftop pools with jacuzzi. It suits a family with 4 people in two bedrooms with pouf bed in the living room for an additional person. Its included an umbrella and two beds in the closest beach. Including bed sheets and towels. From June to August, the minimum stay is 7 days from Saturday to Saturday only. Requests for longer periods but outside Saturdays due to internal organization will NOT be accepted, I don't leave in the village, but I have a resident person who helps me with check-in (from 5:30pm) and cleaning, please communicate to me on time the arrival time in order to inform the person to come to give you the keys. About the check-out (before 11:30am), please leave the keys in the basket as instructed in the entrance of the apartment and close properly the door. Make sure to remove the garbage and throw away in the common area in front of the building.
