The residential complex is located on a hill overlooking the sea. It's at about 8 kms from Stintino, an ancient fishing town, where you can find many shops, restaurants and facilities. The Villas can be semi-detached, multi-family or terraced flats. All of them are furnished in a rustic style and are located in well-kept natural environment. They are equipped with kitchenette, TV, washing machine, iron/ironing board, toaster, bathroom, hairdryer, equipped patio or balcony, shared barbecue, parking. The village features several villas, some with shared swimming pool, some with private swimming pool and others without swimming pool.

The Sea&Villas is located in one of the most beautiful coastlines of Sardinia. Here you will find white sandy beaches, crystal clear waters and the stunning beach of "La Pelosa" (at only 8 kms from the villas). At about 3 kms away, you can visit "Le Saline": a beach characterised by white pebbles and a breathtaking sea. With its unforgettable panoramas and wild unspoilt nature, Stintino is a real paradise for sea lovers. A beach bus usually serves the beaches of the area.
