Newly built, beautifully constructed and decorated 2-story condo with mezmorizing view of Tyrrenian Sea & Aeolian Islands, 4 minutes drive to historic Tropea town center and beaches. Minutes away from the town and beaches in Santa Domenica. Condo outdoor space includes garden level area with tables/chairs, separate area with comfortable, large couch and chair for sunset viewing and master-bedroom balcony with couch and chairs. All of these locations have expansive views of the sea. There is also a private outdoor shower to cool off or remove sand from the beach. Dipping pool with table and lounge chairs. The pool area also includes an outdoor shower to use before entering and exiting the pool. Condo Interior: 3 large bedrooms, living room, 2 bath/showers, beautiful kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, and toaster. Dining room table. 4 airconditioners, 4 fans, 2 TVs, Washer/Dryer and Wifi.
Very quiet, hillside neighborhood with beautiful views of the Tyrrhenian sea and Aeolian Islands. Watch the sunset while lounging on a comfortable couch and chairs - it provides different colors and images every night based on the weather. This gated complex has only 6 condo units so the property feels very private and exclusive. The location is close enough to the town center of Tropea to get there in minutes by car yet far enough away so that you don't experience the negative aspects of a busy summertime vacation town; noise (including late at night), crowds, and lack of available parking. You will also be able to quickly drop down into the small town of Santa Domenica to meet your eating/drinking needs (i.e. breakfast pastries, lunch/dinner, grocery store, wine shop, etc.) 1 Free street parking space comes with the rental. You will need a car to get around as we are on a hillside - so this would make walking to the beach or town impractical. We can also help you book airport transports, bike rentals and/or any other services you wish to hire.
