Brand new, elegant apartment in Tropea on the 2nd floor with lift, offering 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sea view terrace, seasonal pool, heat and air conditioning, wi-fi and parking space for 1 car. Serenità is a 6-8 minute walk (500 meters) to city center, 8-10 minute (700 meters) walk through town to stairs to the beach and a 12 minute (900 meters) walk to the train station. (According to google maps.) Short walk to city center, yet in a quiet area. This welcoming apartment is on the 2nd floor of a new building in the Vista Mar complex. It is a modern, spacious 90 m2 apartment, with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It sleeps up to 6 people, perfect for couples, a family or group of friends. The south facing terrace offers an expansive view of the historic center and sea. Dine al fresco on the terrace with seating for six people, if you wish.
Stylish, comfortable furnishings throughout include a lounge with TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and table with seating for 6-8 people. Each bedroom consists of a matrimonial bed (160 cm), wardrobe and bedside table. Each bathroom offers a sink, shower, toilet and bidet. Guest bathroom has a washing machine. High quality linens, towels, hair dryer and iron are provided. Vista Mar is a boutique complex with a shared seasonal pool. It is an easy walk to Tropea’s famous historic center, with shops, bars, restaurants and stairs to the beach. It is located on Via Carmine, in a quiet area. It is a short 3 minute drive (1.8 km) to the Port of Tropea. Although a car is not required, the apartment has a designated parking space inside the complex for one car. Transportation from Lamezia Terme airport can be arranged for an additional charge. A continental breakfast at pool side is available at an additional charge during peak season. (payable to host at time of service) We welcome families with children. No pets allowed, no parties or events, and absolutely no smoking. Welcome!
