We are a well-established business, active for years in the Modena area with our innovative concept of guesthouse accommodation. Hospitality and welcoming guests are our mission, and that's why we decided to expand our offering by making this wonderful apartment in Sardinia available to guests.

Check-in is fully online and access to the property is via smartphone and internet connection; we take care of collecting the tourist tax upon arrival. Our house is located within the beautifully maintained Smeralda Village residential complex in Porto Rotondo, surrounded by lush Mediterranean scrub gardens. A large pool where you can relax and sunbathe is available to all residence guests. The apartment is on the first floor with no elevator, and access is fully independent thanks to SELF CHECK-IN. The entrance opens onto the LIVING ROOM WITH KITCHENETTE. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home: fridge, microwave oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher. The living room features a comfortable double bed, a large built-in wardrobe to store your personal belongings, and a 50" smart TV. The room is air conditioned. From the living room you access the SMALL BEDROOM, with another double bed with a memory foam mattress and a large wardrobe. From the small bedroom, you then access the large and extremely bright VERANDA, the true highlight of the house, where we've set up a relaxation area with sofas and a table for a lovely outdoor meal. Completing the house is the BATHROOM, with a shower, where a washing machine is also available. Parking is free within the residence. There's WIFI. Bed and bath linen (bath sheet + hand towel) is always included.

Our house is located in the centre of Porto Rotondo, within a beautifully maintained residence with a pool and extensive green spaces. You'll be just steps from the beautiful marina and a 5-minute drive from several stunning beaches. The two most famous beaches are also connected by a free shuttle service.
