Sol y Luna Costa Esmeralda is a 60-square-metre property located in the picturesque town of Cugnana Verde, in the northeast of Sardinia, close to the well-known and prestigious Costa Esmeralda and Porto Cervo areas. Among other amenities, the accommodation is located in a complex that offers free private parking, a seasonal pool, a tennis court, common recreational areas and evening entertainment during peak season. This apartment offers air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and wonderful views from the terrace. It consists of 2 separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction stove, kettle, and coffee maker (BIALETTI coffee capsules are required). The living area features a flat-screen TV and a large sofa. The accommodation also has a private bathroom with a bidet, shower, and washing machine. Magnificent sea and mountain views can be enjoyed from the accommodation's private terrace. Hiking and windsurf areas are available nearby.
My name is Isabel, I am Spanish and I´ve loved Sardinia since I first visited the island so many years ago. I´ve had this great opportunity of investing in such a lovely place in the middle of Costa Esmeralda and I would love to offer all my guests the best experience in my appartmet while visiting Sardinia. So, I´ll be more than happy to help my guests as much as possible before and during their stay in my accomodation. The accommodation is just a few minutes drive from Olbia-Costa Smeralda International Airport (16 km) and the port of Olbia, as well as from some of the magnificent beaches of the fabulous Costa Smeralda and the prestigious marina of Porto Cervo. Nearby, there are also a variety of restaurants, shops, and recreational areas for couples and families. Tavolara Island is 31 km from the accommodation, and the Archaeological Museum of Olbia is 14 km away. Additionally, you can also access the wonderful Madalena archipelago very easily from the accomodation. You can also benefit from the FREE BUS departing from the residential area, which will take you directly into RENA BIANCA BEACH and/or PORTISCO BEACH.
