The apartment has a living room with a double fold-out sofa, a table with chairs, a capacious wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchenette. A separate small room has a bunk bed (for 2 people) and a chest of drawers. The facility is equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The apartment includes a roofed and lighted terrace equipped with a table, chairs and armchairs. Wi-Fi and TV are available in the property. A dedicated parking space is located next to the building, free of charge. For shared use there is a full-size Olympic swimming pool and a children's pool, as well as tennis courts, which are overlooked from the terrace. The space around the pool is ideal for families - places to relax are sheltered by trees. For our tourists, there is also a free possibility to use the complex of 5 swimming pools located in a nearby residence and playgrounds for children (5 minutes on foot). There is also a safe, tennis rackets/balls and sun loungers. PLEASE NOTE THAT EXCHANGE OF TOURISTS IS POSSIBLE ONLY ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY!!
