Spacious apartment with outside patio in a Villa built at the beginning of the 19th century. The house is located by the river Fersina, 15 minutes walk to the main square Piazza Duomo and 10 minutes walk to Piazza Fiera (which is the square of the Christmas market). MUSE museum is 20 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is 80 square meters and is composed of two rooms, a large dining area with kitchen and a sofa bed and one bathroom. SELF CHECK-IN is available.
Located in a quiet neighborhood and sorrounded by the river Fersina and lots of green. There is parking on the street where the apartment is located and it is free from 7.30 pm to 8 am and from 8 am to 7.30 pm is 1 euro per hour.
