Spasimoh 2 is a bright 70 sqm apartment located in the most characteristic area of the historic center of Palermo between the Spasimo, Piazza Marina and Via Alloro where you can find some of the best restaurants in the city.
It is composed of a kitchen-living area with a double sofa bed which overlooks a mezzanine double bedroom, a very refined bathroom with a spacious shower and another large double bedroom also with a mezzanine on which there is a comfortable single bed.
The apartment, located inside a building of the early 900, has just been renovated and has been furnished as if it were the house in which to live personally. In addition to the classic comforts of a tourist apartment you will be surrounded by candles and small details that will make you feel the warmth of home.
Guests will enter the loft by entering the atrium of a beautiful historic building and can use the stairs or the elevator. The loft is on the first floor and has a balcony overlooking the characteristic Via della Vetriera.

I chose to become a host because I am happy to welcome in my apartments different people who want to know my city. During the stay, my wife and I will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information to better visit the city and give you some tips on restaurants, attractions and things not to be missed.
The Kalsa district is one of the oldest and most characteristic of Palermo and it is a 5-minute walk from the Foro Italico seafront promenade and a 3-minute walk from the station.
The church of Santa Maria dello Spasimo is less than a minute walk away and has a magnetic charm, at 150 meters you can walk in Piazza Marina (famous for the Sunday morning flea market and for the magnificent ficus of VIlla Garibaldi).
The district of Kalsa is also the place where you can taste the Sicilian cuisine, in fact there are some of the best restaurants in the area. Walking you can easily reach the Central station (500 meters) and you go to the Foro Italico for a walk along the seafront.
In general the apartment is located in a strategic position to visit all the great historical center of Palermo.
