Property info

First ground floor apartment consisting of 2 large double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower/bathtub, laundry room with washer-dryer machine. Entrance with living room and equipped kitchen. We provide bed linen and towels for the stay.

Neighborhood info

The structure is located in front of Villa Erba, Cernobbio's conference and exhibition centre, a few steps from Villa d'Este, an elegant five-star resort of international fame, as well as a historic villa considered one of the most beautiful works of architectural art of the 16th century. The best clubs, bars and restaurants in the city located in the nearby Piazza Risorgimento can be reached on foot with a comfortable flat walk. 4 supermarkets, shops and typical shops make the area complete with every comfort. Furthermore, it is easy to visit the entire first basin of Lake Como as the two piers for boarding boats from Cernobbio and Tavernola can be reached in 5 minutes by feet.
