Elegant apartment located in a residential area very close to the center of Como, reachable in just 5 minutes by car or about 10 minutes by bus (2 minutes on foot to reach it). Located on the second floor of an elegant building, the apartment is bright and spacious, with modern furnishings. The apartment has a terrace to enjoy the surrounding panorama, and a private parking space in the condominium area. The apartment consists of a bright open plan kitchen and lounge, ideal for cooking and relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances to ensure a comfortable stay. From the room there is direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy pleasant moments in the open air. The bedroom has a private balcony. The bathroom is spacious and has all the necessary amenities. NO ESCORT BOOKINGS, THEY ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED, CHECKS WILL BE CARRIED OUT BEFORE CHECK IN, IF WE FIND ANY ANOMALIES THE BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED AND THE POLICE WILL BE REPORTED.

The surrounding area is very quiet, going out onto the main road you will find the bus stop that takes you to the center of Como. You will also find a well-stocked supermarket at the end of the main road.
