NO visits by third parties other than those who have booked are allowed NO parties or celebrations are allowed NO smoking is allowed even electronic cigarettes inside the entire property - please note that only one of the 2 studios has a balcony where smoking is allowed - we therefore advise any smoking guests to choose this when booking (if available) There are 2 completely separate and fully equipped studios/studios - there is a communal entrance area where there is free wifi and where you can leave (by prior arrangement) your luggage before actual check-in or after check-out - you can book as well the two studios togheter so you will have a flat with 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms for more confort time. The studios are new and renovated and are located within a building in the Stadium area near the Porta Nuova train station reachable by bus in 2/3 minutes and about 5/10 minutes by bus from the city centre - only the entrance of the structure is shared - the entire structure is equipped with free wi-fi - each studio/studio has a double bed and a sofa bed for two more places, a wardrobe with drawers, a table with chairs, a flat screen TV, a kitchenette with fridge and freezer, hotplate, microwave, kettle and cooking utensils - private bathroom with shower and washing machine, only one studio apartment also has a small terrace - free parking on the street, but if you wish with an extra charge and compulsory reservation we have a garage for small cars, motorbikes or bicycles inside the building (underground level).
