Casa Giulia is located inside a vast courtyard. Completely independent. It has a large veranda outside where you can enjoy the cool evenings and tranquility!

My name is Domenica. The house is located 700 meters from the panoramic views that lead you to the north or south of Sardinia and in a few minutes they allow you to reach the house without passing through the center. In a short time you will reach both the port and the airport. In a green lung of the city, away from prying eyes and in total privacy. The place where it is located is called “Mannazzu”. We also deal with car rental.

Casa Giulia offers a unique opportunity for those who want to live immersed in nature but only 5km from the historic center of Olbia. Home is located in a serene and peaceful environment. Where you can enjoy nature and serenity. It offers privacy and absolute relaxation. There are all the comforts necessary for a wonderful holiday. Kitchen complete with every accessory, large living room with TV and sofa bed, bathroom with shower, washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a large veranda covered by a splendid reed where you can enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors in the company of friends!
