Property info

Lìccia Bàrria is the name of an ancient Gallura's country house, called "stazzo". The house is original, dating back to 1790, renovated inside while keeping the ancient roof in juniper logs intact. It is located in Gallura, in the prestigious Surrau valley, between Arzachena and Palau. The house has a large living room with an adjacent open but distinct kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Large veranda with dining table and barbecue area. Pool 10m and solarium. Utility room - laundry.

The geographical location is strategic: half an hour's drive from the port and airport of Olbia; ten minutes from Palau from whose port you can take the ferries to La Maddalena (15 minutes by boat), in the National Park of the archipelago of La Maddalena. 15 minutes from the Costa Smeralda. Basically just a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of the north-eastern coast of Sardinia.
