The villa is located in a very quiet area in the morning you will be awakened by the chirping of the birds and in the evening you will be able to feel the sound of the sea before falling asleep. Thanks to the wonderful climate of Sardinia this house can be an ideal place for those who want to unplug even in season and enjoy Sardinia with its green its nature and its silence. The house has been recently renovated and furnished to new. It is equipped with air conditioning in each room, mosquito nets, washing machine and dishwasher. A large garden where you can relax and eat abroad in the shadow of the gazebo. A few meters from a beautiful sandy beach. The area is very quiet, not very busy, suitable for families or in pissizionvstrategica for those who want to rediscover South Sardinia
My name is Madel and I am Sardinian, I was born in northern Sardinia but I bought this house since 2005. Since then I take care of the rent of the house that is arranged every year. I did two important restructuring, the last in 2018. They often go away for work but I have some people of trust that they have always dealt with the house. I am a lover of my land and I know the territory very well and I will give you useful tips if you need it

Elena, 2 km from Costa degli Angeli and 3 km from the tourist marina of Capitana, on the provincial road 17 a few km away you will find the most beautiful beaches in Southern Sardinia: Mari Pintau that takes its name from the color of water that means Torre delle Stelle touched by 2 beautiful Gennemari and Cannesisa beaches, 21 km in the S.P. We find Solanas whose beach opens at the inside of a large creek, 30 k from Villasimius. A very quiet place where there are a Mediterranean-style houses with gardens and a lot of peace, near 500 m there is a market where you can find a very good butcher with local meats and fishmongers, 500 m you will find the pharmacy, the post office, butcher, bar tobacconi
