Located on the fourth floor of an elegant building, the apartment is bright and spacious, with modern furnishings. The apartment has a balcony to enjoy the surrounding panorama, and a private parking space in the condominium area. The apartment consists of a bright open plan kitchen and lounge, ideal for cooking and relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances to ensure a comfortable stay. From the room there is direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy pleasant moments in the open air. The bedroom has a private balcony. The bathroom is spacious and has all the necessary amenities.
