Our property is a small private space within a detached house, designed to offer peace and comfort. Guests will always have the entire space for exclusive use: two double bedrooms, a private bathroom, and a dedicated room equipped with a microwave, kettle, a dining/work table, and a small relaxation area. No other guests will be present during the stay: the spaces are not shared, ensuring maximum privacy and freedom. The house is surrounded by a private garden, accessible to guests and ideal for relaxing outdoors. The host lives on the same property, in a separate section, ensuring discretion while remaining available if needed. The location is quiet, just a few kilometers from the center of Bologna, easily reachable by car or public transport.
We are Giuseppe and Daniela, and we personally manage the property, aiming to offer a simple and well-cared-for hospitality experience. Giuseppe is the “handyman” of the house: thanks to his experience, he is always ready to quickly step in and handle any need that may arise. Daniela takes care of the welcoming and the details, ensuring that the spaces are tidy and pleasant throughout the stay. We give our guests full independence, but we are always available if needed or to provide helpful advice. We love animals: we are dog-friendly, so your four-legged friends are more than welcome.
The area is residential and very quiet, surrounded by greenery, ideal for those looking for relaxation without giving up the convenience of services. Nearby you can find supermarkets, a pharmacy, and everything you may need during your stay. About 1 km away there is also an ice cream shop, perfect for a pleasant break on warmer days. The location is strategic: Bologna city center is easily reachable, as well as the train station and bus stops. It is also convenient for guests traveling by car, thanks to its proximity to the motorway. In front of the house there is plenty of free street parking, easily available at any time. An ideal solution for both tourism and business stays.
