Giada is a fashion designer with a love for detail and interior design; her husband, Riccardo, is an accountant. Both love traveling and welcoming new cultures into their lives, so they chose to open the doors of their home to those visiting the beautiful Puglia region or traveling for work. They immersed themselves in this adventure with all the love they have for their home, striving to make it as comfortable as possible for their guests. They deeply value their clients' feedback and are always available to improve their home wherever possible. For this home, they chose a modern, linear style, simple yet with a touch of originality provided by the exotic wallpaper; the bathroom colors are reminiscent of the sea. All the furniture is newly purchased, and since opening, they have strived to add every detail that would satisfy their guests. For several important reasons, including safety, they have NOT installed a COOKTOP, but they can recommend the restaurant "La Brace Accesa," right next door, where you can eat well at a fair price!

SUNNY BEACH BARI is a seaside retreat or a business stop, far from the city and its traffic. It is located on the GROUND FLOOR of a condominium building on the new Waterfront, in the San Girolamo area of ​​Bari. Just step outside and enjoy a lovely stroll along the new bike and pedestrian path, where you can enjoy the scent of the sea in the morning. BUT PLEASE NOTE: we are seafront, but since we are not on a high floor, WE DO NOT OFFER A SEA VIEW!!! Outside the building, there is a public beach (with pebbles), a children's playground, and free public parking. Through a shared entrance door, the house is divided into two independent units: "SUNNY ROOM" on the left, and "BEACH ROOM" on the right. Each unit consists of a sleeping area, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom with bidet and shower. They are equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, and a laundry room located in the shared area at the entrance. "THERE IS NO COOKTOP," but there is a microwave and everything you need for breakfast, from a coffee machine with capsules to a kettle, refrigerator, and sink. The DOUBLE BEDROOM WITH PRIVATE BATHROOM (BEACH) has a double bed, while the DELUXE DOUBLE BEDROOM (SUNNY) has a double bed, a single bed (for a third guest, an additional fee applies) and a crib (upon request). Both rooms have a desk and two chairs and an open-plan wardrobe with drawers. The BATHROOM has a shower and bidet and is stocked with towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, and shower gel. The windows, being on the ground floor, overlook the street or the internal parking lot, so unfortunately THEY DO NOT OFFER A SEA VIEW.

Right next to the property is a restaurant, "La Brace Accesa," where you can enjoy delicious food at a reasonable price. The neighborhood offers various services, including a bar, "Crema & Cioccolato," a pharmacy, a supermarket, "Coop," an American bar, "Mamma Mia," a pizzeria/deli delivery service, "Rosa dei Venti," one of the best-stocked surf/windsurf/katesurf shops in Southern Italy, "Impact Surf Shop," which sells sports equipment and organizes sea trips and exciting sports-related experiences, and finally, a highly professional surf school, "Scuola SURF BARI," well-known throughout Southern Italy. This area of ​​Bari is considered very convenient due to its strategic location, far from the city and traffic, just 4 km from Karol Wojtyla Airport (12 minutes by car), 2 km from the Bari Fair, and 7 km from the Central Station. To reach the city center, just two blocks away on Strada San Girolamo, there are two buses, Nos. 22 and 53, or electric scooters are often available outside the building. Many use our building as a starting point for visiting the beaches or the countless attractions of Puglia (from Gargano to Salento). Others treat themselves to a few days' visit to Bari, a beautiful city full of contradictions, flavors, and traditions. Still others consider it an ideal stopover to relax after a busy day of work in the city.
