This spacious, elegant apartment, ideal for 2-4 guests, is perfect for those seeking relaxation, privacy, and tranquility with outdoor spaces and a lake view. On the first floor with a private entrance, it offers a spacious living room with large windows and a panoramic loggia, a fully equipped kitchen with a balcony, a double bedroom with a balcony, and two bathrooms (one with a whirlpool tub). The mezzanine, with exposed beams, features a relaxation area, a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, and elegant glass walkways leading to two balconies overlooking the Valtenesi valley and Sirmione. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a covered garage are included. Bed and bath linens are included. Ideal for families and couples seeking privacy and relaxation. Please respect the simple condominium rules. For stays in April and October, please check with the host to see if pool service is available.
