Pretty basement located a few steps from the center of San Teodoro, 1 km from the most beautiful beach in the area (La Cinta) and convenient to all services. The small tea room has an independent entrance and a private garden equipped with table, chairs, umbrella, barbecue and outdoor shower. It is equipped with air conditioning / heating, TV, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and washing machine. There are hairdryer, iron, ironing board and clothesline. All rooms have windows, equipped with mosquito nets.
The structure provides 3 bicycles with which you can easily reach the beach and the center. In front of the courtyard entrance is available a public parking. A few meters away there is a nice public park with games for children.
The property is within walking distance from the center and is located in a particularly quiet and peaceful area.
