The apartment opens onto the living area , furnished in a simple and elegant way with a comfortable sofa bed , a TV , a dining table for 4 people and an open kitchen fully equipped with electric oven , microwave oven , water boiler , refrigerator and dishwasher . The sleeping area , with parquet floor , very bright , has two wardrobes , an armchair and a double bed . From here you enter the bathroom with sink , washing machine and spacious shower.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Bologna, near there are points of great historical and artistic interest , such as the prestigious Academy of Fine Arts , the famous Municipal Opera, the Garisenda tower and the Asinelli , as well as Piazza Maggiore ; Indipendenza street, famous shopping street of Bologna, is located about 50 mt .
