Property info

Near Mount San Vicino, in the heart of the Marche region, the structure surrounded by greenery is a small jewel of the Matelica countryside famous for the production of wine, "Verdicchio di Matelica - DOC.". The property has a large green park, full of fruit trees and rose gardens. A vast olive grove with a private pool are the perfect place to find harmony peace with yourself surrounded by nature. Our rooms are equipped with every comfort, ideal both for a romantic getaway for couples and for nature lovers. You will also find spacious family apartments with kitchen, living room and everything you need for long stays.

Neighborhood info

The property is located 15 minutes from the historic center of Matelica and Fabriano. The nature reserve of the San Vicino, Canfaito and Elcito mountains, "The little Tibet of Le Marche region," can be reached directly on foot or by bicycle through characteristic and well-marked paths. A 30-minute drive away is the famous Frasassi caves, unique to the area. Also nearby are Assisi and Cascia, evocative destinations rich in history.
