The Paganico Estate, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, just a few kilometres from Grosseto, has an extension of 1,500 hectares divided into woods, pastures, olive groves and vineyards, immersed in nature rich in wildlife such as roe deer, hares and porcupines. The heart of the estate is the extensive organic breeding of Maremmani cattle and Cinta Senese pigs, animals that live the forest as their home. To be able to call ourselves a short supply chain farm, the food for the animals is grown and milled here independently. We strive to provide experiences that aim at understanding seasonality and production cycles. Staying at our farmhouse, I Roggeti, you can find direct contact with our working method and our approach to nature and sustainability. You can discover our production dynamics, in the fields and woods, in the farm butchery and in the Opificio. Understand the work and tradition of a historical company that has always been based on activities and production in full respect of nature and environmental sustainability. Inside the shop you will find our farm shop, with the fresh meat counter, cold cuts and all the products of the Paganico Estate. Over the years, through a careful selection of other Tuscan companies, the Opificio has become a true shop of food and household products, all exclusively local and organic. You can buy cheeses, wines, beers, juices, jams, honey, coffee, flours, pasta, rice, pulses and vegetable sauces, ecological soaps for the home, balms and body ointments. The Opificio is housed in the historic building that for decades was the centre of operations for the traditional activities of the estate, serving as a grain storehouse, carpenter's shop, blacksmith's forge and machine shop.

From our facility you can find one of the most famous medieval villages like Montalcino (only 20 minutes by car - 30 Km), famous for its excellent wines and history, art cities like Siena (only 40 minutes by car - 50 Km) famous for its culture and its palio, the Maremma Natural Park (only 40 minutes by car - 45 Km) with its nature treks and uncontaminated sea. the Amiata mountain, with its Mount Amiata Nature Reserve and summit, famous for its ski slopes or for walks in the green, and finally our splendid sea, only 25 minutes by car from the beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia.
