Recently renovated, the property offers all the comforts and luxury details appreciated by the modern guest who wishes to spend a holiday immersed in the peace of the Venetian countryside, while remaining close to the sea, the convenience of the city, and all amenities. The estate’s strategic location, in the area of the ancient Roman road Claudia Augusta, allows guests to alternate relaxing afternoons by the pool with walks along the nearby Sile River, which features a pedestrian and cycling path connecting Venice to Munich. From here, you can enjoy day trips to different art cities: Venice (30 km), Treviso (7 km), Padua (50 km), Vicenza (90 km), or visit nearby medieval towns such as Roncade, Castelfranco Veneto, Oderzo, and Vittorio Veneto, or marvel at the artistic heritage of the Venetian Villas. The Adriatic Riviera beaches, including Jesolo, Eraclea, and Caorle, are just 25 km away, and the mountains, including the Belluno Dolomites, are less than 100 km away.
