Upstairs, accessed by a narrow spiral staircase, are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small sitting area. The property includes private parking. Its peaceful location, close to supermarkets and services, makes it an excellent base for exploring Sardinia. Please note: There is a reserved area for the exclusive use of the owner, where gardening tools and personal maintenance materials are kept. Only the owner can access this area. No one resides on the property during guests’ stay. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for Beach/pool towels, cribs.
