Same management of THE GULF Villa , THE GULF -Sailor Cottage opens in 2022 ! It has been completely renovated, furnished and equipped. It is located behind the sailing port of Monvalle, overlooking the lake in the small gulf and was the ancient fishermen's house of Lake Maggiore. The Sailor Cottage is arranged over three floors and is very usable for a large family, it is tastefully furnished in a holiday style. From here, along the via al Golfo, through a 5-minute pedestrian walk through the trees of the forest, you reach the Gulf Villa and then immediately after the GUREE beach with the beautiful summer bar pizzeria Ultima Spiaggia. Continuing the walk you will arrive, always at the edge of the lake, at the Restaurant Pizzeria and BAR of Lido di Monvalle. It is a quiet and safe area, ideal for families with children or teenagers. At the Gulf Villa you can rent electric mountain bikes, or even canoes, or normal bicycles that you can take with you for convenience to the Sailor's Cottage! Final cleaning and bed & bath linen are not included in the price and are to be pay separately = for info supplements to pay here, please contact me before !

The Sailor's Cottage is located in a green and sunny area, sheltered by a rocky hill that protects from the summer heat and winter temperatures. The area is further mitigated by the microclimate of the lake. The Sailor's Cottage is located on the main road but a small stone road goes to the lake . The Sailor's Cottage is overlooking the lake and not far from the beaches and the lakeside bars and pizzerias which are also within walking distance. The village of Monvalle is very quiet but is only 5 Km. From Angera and 5 Km. From Laveno and from the departure of the ferries and boats for the Borromean Islands, 20Km from Varese, the Garden City and 70 Km. From Milan. Switzerland is only 30 km away.
