Unique and cosy townhouse - an old bakery - in the very center of Cagliari. This super clean 3 bedroom, 4 bath home is located in Villanova with all magic places of Cagliari in walking distance. Perfect base to combine City and Sea with the fantastic Poetto beach only 10min drive time away. We renovated this house with all comfort, a fully equipped kitchen with an italian coffeemachine, barbecue area on the 20m² terrace, a studio with a small working desk (Surf & Work) and unique wine garage.
Italian-German couple with two wonderful kids and a dog. We love to sail, explore nature with our Defender, barebecues & good wine. As former Restaurant owner and Banker we decided some years ago to change life completely and returned to our fantastic island Sardinia to enjoy what we believe the essentials of wellbeing are: pure nature in its most beautiful form, slowness and authentic people - not to forget the sun.... We are apassionate about this Island and its capital: the white city and if you want, we we will love to share our experiences with you. Just join us on our shopping tour to the San Bendetto market or to the magic places of Cagliari and surroundings.
Stepping out the front door you immediately take a full taste of the vibrant and gourgeous life of this unique meditterrean town. Discover not only the well known attractions all in short walking distance but feel like a real Cagliaritano shopping in the near San Benedetto Market area with Via Dante or take an aperitivo in the Villanova district, the former Garden of Cagliari with lovely liberty buildings and fancy restaurants and bars. Grazia Deledda, the nobel prize awarded writer, stayed right around the corner. Via Roma and the harbour district Marina with the best restaurants is a nice 20min walk away. Take a bike ride to the Poetto - the Copacabana of Cagliari or watch the amazing flamingos right there in the Molentargius parc.
