Welcome to our modern holiday home in Olbia! This bright one bedroom apartment is the perfect accommodation for your stay in this town on the doorstep of the Costa Smeralda. With its modern design and access to the communal pool (open from 15 June to 15 September; from Monday to Saturday H10am - H13pm and H4pm - 8pm), it promises an unforgettable holiday experience. The apartment, recently renovated, has a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room for any additional guests. The house is equipped with modern equipment such as air conditioning and high speed wi-fi internet, in addition to private parking under the house. One of the strong points of this property is the balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. Another is definitely its location, very close to the airport Olbia Costa Smeralda (not even 2km!), and just 500m from the largest shopping center in northern Sardinia.
