🏝 A soli 10 metri dalle spiagge di Mare Rocce e del Pellicano, la nostra casetta offre relax totale. La casa 40m² su due livelli, con veranda e ampio giardino privato con parcheggio. Camera matrimoniale su soppalco climatizzata, seconda camera con 2 letti unibili, soggiorno con smart TV, cucina attrezzata e bagno completo. Veranda con tavolo esterno e zona relax. A pochi minuti da Olbia, ma immersa nella quiete e a due passi dal mare cristallino.
🏡 La casa Su una superficie di 40m2 su due piani con veranda aperta e ampio giardino privato con posto auto gratuito. L'interno è composto da : - Soggiorno con area relax, angolo cottura e smart tv 40". - Master Bedroom : Situata su un ampio soppalco con letto matrimoniale e condizionatore. - Camera 2 : Fornita di due letti singoli (unibili in caso di coppie), con vista sul giardino privato. - Bagno al piano terra : Fornito di box doccia, bidet e wc. - Veranda esterna : Fornita di tavolo da pranzo, area relax e poltroncine. 📍 Dove siamo La casa si trova nella zona più ambita di Pittulongu, a pochi minuti da Olbia, ma lontana dal caos. La spiaggia è davvero sotto casa: niente auto, né scalinate — solo sabbia bianca e mare cristallino.
