The structure is managed by three members of our family , we are two sisters and a niece . Our kind of service is for short periods .During the remainder of the year , we take care of our beloved albeit small olive grove , the culture that we guard for three generations . Beating heart of our site is the love and the respect for Nature and the Traditions Farmers who try to share with those who come to visit .
