Immersed between the blue of the sky and the turquoise of the sea, this apartment with breathtaking panoramic views is located just a few steps from the beach. It has one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, one sofa bed in athe living room, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms have free air conditioning. The apartment also has wonderful surrounding terraces that offer a panoramic view of the bay. The blue of the distant horizon, the beauty of the boats sailing the waters, the music of the waves crashing against the coast...

The beach, called "Lido Pavarotti" in honor of the great tenor who once had a house here, is located 30 meters from the entrance of the building. The beach has some bathing establishments and two large areas of free beach with daily maintenance by the municipality. There is also a cove used as a center for the rehabilitation of sea turtles, behind which hiking trails start in the Regional Park of Monte San Bartolo. The San Bartolo Park is a nature reserve that connects the city of Pesaro with Gabicce Mare (16km). Equipped with dozens of trails between the sea and the hills, it has beautiful villages such as: Santa Marina, Fiorenzuola di Focara, Casteldimezzo, Vallugola, Gabicce Monte.
